Oh? I use {-vam} and {-vetlh} *exactly* as I read TKD's description of
their use. On the subject of "topics of conversation", section 3.3.4
says:
{-vam} *this*
"...or which is the topic of the conversation."
{-vetlh} *that*
"...or which is being brought up again as the topic of conversation."
~mark had referred to {'Iw bIQtIQ leng}. In my reply, I "brought up
again" the concept, so I called it {wanI'vetlh}. Had I referred to
it in a note immediately after introducing it, I would have called it
{wanI'vam}.
