I'm inclined to agree with you, but I should point out that Krankor, at
least at some point, has used "wa'DIch" adverbially (in taHjaj wo': 'ach
Heghmaj yIpIHQo', ghaytan wa'DIch jagh'e' wIHeghmoHmo' [damn, I can't sing
that without saying DIHeghmoHmo'; it sounds better]).  I don't think I
agree with it there either.  Also, it's a song/poem, so the rules may be
different.  More importantly, neither Krankor nor I can make such rules up
anyway, but I think people should know that there's some lack of unanimity
about this even among the Grammarians.
