This is really an abuse of Usenet and should not be done. If people
are really desperate to trade .wav files, do it on your own bandwidth
in email, or find a common ftp site.
To "drop" it in a newsgroup, particularly one that not explicitly
for binary distributions, is really unfair to the rest of the users
of that group.
