There's a standard way to "decloak":
{So'wI' yIchu'Ha'} "Deactivate the cloaking device."

"My poetic-referenced-eyebrows are smaller than a Klingon."
(I should hope so!) Eyebrows count as body parts, so they take the
special plural suffix {-Du'} unless you want intentionally to break
that particular grammatical rule for poetic effect. You also ought
to refer to {tlhIngan Huy'Du'} in the second part of the phrase,
since you're not comparing your eyebrows to a whole Klingon.

"I am pleased" doesn't look transitive to me. If it were to be used
this way, you'd have to say {vIbel} because {'e'} would be its object.
You probably should say "I am pleased *because*..." and use the suffix
{-mo'} on the verb {lugh}.

For "at the qep'a'" you need to use the suffix {-Daq}. {chuqmo'} is
misplaced; TKD 6.1 says that if a noun isn't a subject or object, it
comes at the beginning of the sentence before the object noun. But
the word {chuqmo'} is extremely ambiguous -- {chuq} can be either a
noun or a verb, and {-mo'} is either a noun suffix or a verb suffix.
Because of the placement of the word in this sentence, it looks like
a reasonably grammatical "I cannot meet y'all at the qep'a' because
it is distant."

That's exactly what it is, though I'm sure non-members are welcome
(as long as they pay the registration fee!).

Try instead "I am happy *because* I know that..."
