This short of phrase was first used (I believe) at the first Klingon Language
Camp (back when everyone involved was on good terms with one another). I
distinctly recall a series of "naDev XlIj vIghaj" statements (all in a thick
Brooklyn, New York accent) passing between Captain Krankor and myself.

I think it was also about the time I started using "SoSlI' je" for "So's your
mother"

More recently, Robyn Stewart may be able to testify that she heard me say
"HIchop" to more than one annoying fan at the Kelowna Starfest. I assure you, no
romantic invitation was intended.
