I'm not sure I understand the question.  "What is the difference between
"federazhon" and "DIvI'"?"  Ummmm.... they look awfully different to me.
They're not spelled with the same letters, they have different numbers of
syllables, they're in different languages... what more do you want?  What's
the difference between English "book" and Hebrew "sefer"?  They're in
different languages; that about sums it up.

What were you after?  Differences in connotation?  Hard to pin those down.
