Very concise, and it gets the meaning across. It's a little ambiguous,
since {'oS} might imply some significance other than a translated meaning.
For instance, {chay' "hammer" 'oS tlhIngan Hol} might get you a lesson in
Klingo-Freudian manifestations. I prefer a slightly wordier, more direct
{chay' X vImughmeH tlhIngan Hol vIlo'?}

Also very concise and meaningful. If you're simply asking for a definition
of a new term, you might also ask {nuq 'oH X'e'?}
