Ford is wrong; marqem is right. I quote verbatim from the last two
sentences of TKD section 1.2: "No words in Klingon have {ow} or {uw}.
If they did, they would be indistinguishable from words ending in {o}
or {u}, respectively." *If* they did -- but they don't.
