Job Titles - Last Pass

After reviewing a bunch of ideas and suggestions for a job title, I
have pretty much rejected all my first attempts, and come up with
the following:
pabqangbe'wI'pu' buSwI'
Which is intended to translate as:
"One who focuses on those who are unwilling to follow the rules"
This is meant to reflect my (often overzealous) role in procedural
control. I intend to present my selection to my boss when he
returns from a road trip tomorrow Wed, 3/21). Any comments on the
grammar, spelling, meaning, etc. before then gratefully appreciated.
