There's a font on the KLI font disk which does exactly what you want. It's
called "KLIRoman" and you get it along with "KLIpIqaDmey" when you order the KLI
font disk.

The KLI font disk is available in both PostScript Type 1 and TrueType formats,
for both Macintosh and PC platforms. The cost is $13 in the USA and $15 for
elsewhere. The monies from such sales go to help cover the KLI's enormous
postage expenses and sending KLI fliers to conventions around the world.
