I was told the same thing when I asked about this a while back. I grumbled
for a while but boy, once I did finally do it I saw a marked improvement in
my comprehension of the material on the tape. The only way everyone can gain
this same familiarity is by not giving them an easy way out of the work.
Also, be sure to check with HolQeD for the correct spelling of new words;
sometimes you'll need to dig to find them.
