<from something> wIHechmeH {vo'} wIlo'laH'a'?

My (newbie) understanding of {-Daq} and {-vo'} are "in the vicinity of" and
"away from the vicinity of" respectively. Can one use {-vo'} with the
intended "from" meaning or was it merely a convinient to answer someone's
question ?
