For the examples which you gave, a perfectly appropriate, and totally
canonical, way to express them is with {tu'lu}.  For example, {ngemDaq
gharghmey tu'lu'}, means "There are serpent worms in the forest."  This is
the same as saying "Serpent worms exist in the forest."
