Careful. The object of "chaw'be'" is the pronoun "'e'" (which refers to
the preceding sentence). As such, it construes as a third-person singular
object, and so should be "'e' chaw'be'." You were thinking "doesn't permit
ME", but note that Klingon works it differently: "it doesn't permit that I
remove sentences." No "me" as object here.
You *could* say that you were using "mu-" to mean "jIHvaD", as we've seen
occasionally for indirect objects in sentences which already have direct
objects (e.g. ro'qegh'Iwchab HInob), which would yield "it doesn't permit
for me that I remove sentences". Sorta understandable, but redundant.

Couldn't one just say "qay'wI'"? After all, a problem is something that is
a problem, and "to be a problem" is {qay'}. Nice use for ngep. :)
