How about {bIQ tlhIlHal} "water mine (n)"?  Be careful with the difference 
between {tlhIl} "mine (v)" and {tlhIlHal} "mine (n)".

I don't understand your use of {tay}.  Does it have some meaning besides 
ceremony (i.e. {nentay})?
