(0) Here I am again: unless the resulting daily email load proves to be too
much for me to cope with on top of my work.
(1) 5 days ago I bought TKD (= the Klingon Dictionary); but it said at the
front that it hadn't been updated since 1992. Please: Where on paper or on WWW
or on FTP or anywhere, is there a COMPLETE UP-TO-DATE list of ALL canonical
Klingon vocabulary and grammar information???, including everything that has
been used in movies and TV shows since, and everything that Okrand has
revealed to tlhingan-hol (e.g. somewhere today it seems that {'I'} = "armpit"
surfaced from somewhere about a year ago), etc.
(2) In a WWW Klingon site I found a page about a Ferengi language (written
by Timothy Miller, 7519 Winging Way Drive, Tampa, Florida 33615-1519, USA,
email [email protected]). Is tlhingan-hol the right place to discuss
Ferengi language? If not, then where?
(3) What is the Klingon for "spacesuit"?
(4) These Klingon words and names from New Generation and Deep Space 9 in
`The New Trek Programme Guide' by Paul Cornell et al, publ. Virgin 1995, ISBN
0 86369 922 7. I don't know which of these 3 categories many of them come in:-
(a) Spelt thus in the script.
(b) Ditto, and later an Okrand Klingon version was invented.
(c) Invented in Okrand Klingon, and thus misspelt phonetically by someone
who didn't know Okrand Klingon spelling.
