"David Bolger" is a name.  If you want to translate what it *means*, you
first have to decide what its meaning is.  But names themselves don't
really translate between languages (with the notable exception of many
Native American names, where the meaning is the important part of the
name and the sound is only incidental).

If you want to use "standard" Klingon spelling to approximate the sound
of the name "David Bolger", you could try {DeyvID boljur}, but why bother?
