The {<qatlh...> chom tlhob vulqangan} construction bothers me a bit.
I'm not sure {tlhob}'s object ought to be the person to whom the
question is directed; I would rearrange it and say instead
{chomvaD tlhob vulqangan <qatlh...>}.
I'd also say {jaghpu' ghajbe'mo' Quch}, but that's a matter of style
and desired emphasis.

How many people are you addressing? If it's only one, fine.
If it's more than one, the first word has to be {peghuHtaH}.
