The purpose of debate is certainly not confined to trying to convince
one's opponent. If there is no audience, debate is mere argument. I
have learned much from reading others' opinions and observations. As
you have phrased this using the word "fight", it points out something
that I hadn't thought much about. One can get a hint of how to do an
action merely by watching others do it, but to become skilled at that
action one must practice. So it is good that you do not merely watch
others speak about the language, and that you use the language to try
to say what you want. However, practice without feedback is a rather
easy way to become good at doing something wrong, so you need someone
to tell you what is right and what is wrong about your sentences. To
that end, therefore:

{SuSuvtaHjaj} is fine, as long as you don't mind sounding like you're
making a toast. For the phrase "I want you to let me watch you," you
need to say {Sabej 'e' bochaw' vIneH} "I want (that) y'all allow that
I watch y'all." It looks like your "While you're fighting, while I'm
learning" has an extra {-vIS}, and you meant "While you are fighting,
I am learning." That would be {SuSuvtaHvIS jIghojtaH}.

The end result of these changes is:
SuSuvtaHjaj, 'ach Sabej 'e' bochaw' vIneH. SuSuvtaHvIS jIghojtaH.
