As I may have brought to your attention in other circles of discussion,
General Reival has published his commentaries, accounting the exploratory
excursion that he rebelliously undertook some thirty-nine years ago. An
immediate exposition of the material in its entirety was deemed unwise, so it
will be presented in parts. The whole body of writing will be pieced together
at a later date.

The first section is merely introductory, but also gives an account of
Reival's first 'battle', when he was still a private assigned to patrol the
Homeworld's orbital traffic, just prior to his anti-political resignation and
purchase of a deep space vessel.

So as not to cause confusion, this is intended as a literary contribution,
not propoganda for underground anti-government or anti-Klingon organizations.
Of course, as is well known, such organizations are exceedingly rare within
the Empire, and are comprised of members with often undiagnosed psychological
disorders, not to mention dishonorable ancestries. It is hoped that the
accounts of Reival's discoveries, both explorational as well as personal, are
accepted as noteworthy additions to the KLI's emerging corpus of literature.

there the warrior issues the death cry when the last page is turned.")
