The first word, {vItI'nISmeH}, means "In order that I need to fix it." Get
rid of the {-nIS}. If you want to explain that you "need" to do this, do it
in another sentence.
Also, there's no main verb here. This might work in a clipped phrase
{vItI'meH cha' repmey}. It comes out like "Two hours to fix it."
The complete sentence might go something like
vItI'meH cha' rep vIpoQ.
I require two hours to fix it.
