There's some argument about the precise nature of the type-3 verb suffix
- -qa' in this regard. Depending on how narrowly you read the definition,
"again" may or may not work for it. Many people use it for "again" in most
environments.

Here, -qa' probably works quite well. "qajatlhqa'Qo'": I will not resume
speaking to you, after stopping. No matter how restrictive your reading of
- -qa', I think it works.
