Nope.
French: Bonjour, je m'appelle Roger. You can't say "Je suis Roger", but you
can say "Mon nom est Roger". See? French takes it literally, too. It may
work in English, and it may work in some other languages, but that doesn't
mean it works in all of them, or will work in Klingon.
