The "useless" syllables provide vocabulary that does not
currently exist in the "useless" language. Living languages
have curiousities peppered througout - things that don't
"follow the rules". You cannot base exclusion on that criteria
alone. I am not arguing that these are some divine gift to the
language. I do NOT think the _Kahless_ vocabulary
extends the range of tlhIngan Hol in any notable direction,
