Would the prefix on {jatlh} not then have to be {Da-}? I still hear the
first prefix as {bI-} . . .

\ that!" That might explain the bad "tlh." I see the tourist as still
\ trying to talk his way out of the problem, in typical Fed fashion: always
\ talking, never doing.
Except there is a distinctly different weapon sound effect, and the
Terran's line is followed by the same "cocking" sound that followed the
Klingon's line just before he fired.
