KLBC & qep'a' question

I have been "lurking" for a long time on this list, and as this is my
first message, so I hope I don't mess up when I send this. Anyway, charghwI',
you don't have to go through your intro. I believe that I'm relatively good
at tlhIngan Hol, and even though I am only about halfway through the postal
course, I think I know the basic grammar pretty well.

Hopefully I didn't mess up too much here. Tell me some info about the qep'a',
if anyone has some, such as when it is (sometime in July, qar'a'?), as well
as the price and the location. Since I'm in the Philadelphia area, I'll
probably show up only one or two days, to look around & practice some
Klingon.
