Yep! It's out.
All prepaid advance orders were sent out a couple weeks ago, and many more more
recent orders have come in and gone out since. I'd estimate the present count
to be about 230 copies sold. Not bad for two weeks. Admittedly, more than half
of that is the advance orders, but I'm happy even so. We're still receiving
orders as a result of the publicity ripples, and I expect that to continue for
another month or so.
If you still don't have a copy, you can visit the Merchant Page on our website
and order using your VISA or MasterCard.
Or just send a check for $20 (or $23 if you're located outside the USA) made
payable to the KLI. That price includes shipping and handling. Checks must be in
US dollars and drawn on a US bank. Be sure to include your name and address.
Send everything to the address below.
