HolQeD Vol 1, No. 3 shows maQmIgh = "dark omen, sign of evil
coming" from a previous publication called veS QonoS. One
presumes it is a noun, though Okrand did not indicate part of
speech in that earlier publication, though it is a word from
Okrand.
