Perhaps a simpler alternative would be:

reH tlhIngan Hol vIHaDtaH.

"I always study the Klingon language.

or 

qaSDI' jaj Hoch tlhIngan Hol vIHaDtaH.

"When every day happens, I continue to study Klingon language."
