Well, it IS the first printing, but I doubt that the KLI will do a second print
run anytime soon. Printing a book is expensive. As to it being in stores,
that's unlikely. We don't have the distribution connections necessary to put it
in stores. If you want a copy, you have to buy it directly from the KLI.

This is a good point, maybe all the more strongly by the fact that the 1000
copies are individually numbered by hand, the sort of thing that makes a
collector go wild.

Of course, if you're a SERIOUS collector, there is the deluxe edition of the
book, bound in a leather-type product called lexohyde. These copies are
individually lettered with the 26 letters of pIqaD (as we've taken to using it).
They are not for sale directly, but are given out in exchange for generous
donations to the KLI in the amount of $500 or more. We received a few such
donations (which is how we were able to print Hamlet in the first place!), and
each translators and editors received deluxe copies as well. That still leaves
about 18 of these left, for those of you who need a tax write-off for 1996.
Remember, the KLI is a nonprofit organization and donations are deductible.
