I finally found a copy.  I had to go to a Waldenbooks.  Nobody else carried it.
Cover price is $3.50.  It looks good.  But I'm having a hard time deciphering 
the font they used.  "K"s look like "B"s, etc.  The best thing is they've got 
head shots of the actors out of makeup. 

The magazine thanks Okrand for his translations.  Does this mean that this issue
could be considered cannon?
