context that he missed the prefix...

This kind of works, but recognize that {vang} is a verb that
suggests drawn weapons or other high-adrenalin states. It
doesn't just mean "you will act honorably". It means "You will
take action honorably." See?
To suit your context better, you might prefer:
juHwIjDaq SuvwI'na' DaDanIS.
In my home, you must behave like a true warrior.
