{QoS} by itself simply means "be sorry" -- if you want to say
"I am sorry" you must use the proper prefix: {jIQoS}.
It's obvious that you have a copy of The Klingon Dictionary
(we abbreviate it TKD, by the way), and it's certain that you
have not yet read section 4.1 enough to begin to understand.
You have obviously found the phrase "It's not my fault" in the
appendix, and you believe you've typed in the Klingon version.
But you're wrong. Two of the lower case "l" characters you
typed should be capital "I"s.
