Hello Klingons.........

Hello to jou all,
my name is "Rens", though Klingons call me "Dotlh".
This is a nickname that has many backgrounds. A few of them are like this:
.When I was young, I didn't like my name, so I let people call me "Dox".
Most of my friends knew me by that name. Some of them still do.
.Then I met the first Klingons, they asked for my name.
The name "Rens" seemed to be very funny for Klingons. (Don't ask me why.)
My next step was to give them the alternative "Dox".
That seemed to be even funnier. So I wacked them on the forehead.
To my supprise that action gave me a lot of status in the Klingon communion.
They liked it.......
From that time on, my name changed to "Dotlh". It sounds about the same.
.Than again, I do have quite a temper. You'll never know in what mood I'm in.
Lot of beings ask me for my status. (Jolly, normal, bad tempered....)
So the name "Dotlh" came in handy again.
There is more to the name, but I won't boast about details.
I'm located on Earth, Europe, The Netherlands. So I gues I'm in the regio.
I'm added to the mailinglist. I hope to let hear from me now and than.
My Klingon is not so good (yet), (my standard federation neither) and I
hope to learn it here. David Barron provided me with his lessons and I'm
studying hard.
