Well, the *official* answer (as per TKD) is {qagh}. However, the
'english' pronunciation (used on ST:TNG) tends to be {*gaH}, and this
will be used on the english sections of the audio tapes. But the correct
thlIngan Hol is {qagh}, pronounced accordingly.
