Yes, these are Paramount words. According to the Star Trek 
Encyclopedia their spellings are: Maht-H'a and B'aht Qul. I'm not 
sure what the list's policy is about using such words; my own hope is 
that MO will give us correct spellings (on Skybox cards or 
something).
