No, an "Eminent Courage[ous] Female" or "Great Woman of Courage".
Remember: in Klingon N-N constructions and compound nouns, the modifier
comes *F*I*R*S*T*.  So "toDujbe'" is a kind of "be'" >NOT< a kind of
"toDuj".  Get it?
