I would speculate that, to a Klingon, this is a choice of three items unless
context makes it otherwise clear.  If context is lacking, a Klingon would
probably phrase it as two statements: {trI'Qal pu'HIch vIneH 'ej trI'Qal
betleH vIneH}.  Or possibly {trI'Qal pu'HIch vIneH.  trI'Qal betleH vIneH
je.}
