The traffic on this list has grown quite a bit in the last month and for
the most part, it has stuck to the rules of
a) Post in English about tlhIngan Hol
or
b) Post is tlhIngan Hol on any topic.
A few of us have gotten abit off track on those two points so I would
like to a) encourage you to keep to those two rules, or b) If your post
goes alittle bit off topic TRY to enclude *SOME* tlhingnan Hol for all of
