I don't know exactly what is happening, but I've tried to download
EMPIRE.GIF 3 times now. Each time it appears to download fine (I also
downloaded EMPIRE.BMP and METALTRE.GIF to make sure there is not a
communication problem). Then when I try to view it, I get an error opening
the file. Is the copy of EMPIRE.GIF on the FTP site corrupted? If not, why
can't I download it successfully?
