Well, I've spoken to him... but don't ask him about the machines. He's
apparently having a very tough time getting settled after his move, and
it's only due to the fact that net-connectivity is about as important to
Jay as his right arm that getting the machines up is not the least of his
worries. He's hoping to have them up as soon as he can... but he really
can't give a time at this point. Currently he *has* managed to get hold
the machine itself, so it really and truly is in California with him, but
arranging the connectivity and other support stuff for it has not gone
smoothly (nor has a lot of other stuff).
So I guess all that can be said is We Apologize for the Inconvenience, and
hope he'll be able to straighten things out before we go too far into
withdrawal.
