Unless, of course, what you meant was {SuD HIq}... The words in
the order you have them form a phrase, not a sentence.

Try:

Doq moQ.

Don't worry about "play". It only confuses things.

In general, verbs that can be used adjectivally (like tIn or
Doq) are intransitive, so if they are being used as a sentence,
the noun next to them has to be the subject, so the noun needs
to follow the verb. If the verb is instead being used as an
adjective (or as they call it here, "as an adjectival"), then
the verb follows the noun. It then forms a phrase (a modified
noun) which is then used as you would use any other noun in a
sentence.

I had a hard time with that when I was a beginner.

Ummm. Looks like you really need to work on word order. Subject
comes last.
