Not unless we know that Okrand provided the word to the novel's author.
Lots of stuff is in novels, most of it coming from the author's mind, not
Okrand's.  So far as I know, that noun is not canon.  Anyone know
different?

'Sides, how much call *is* there for a noun for sex?  You can do a lot with
a verb:

They had sex	(too obvious): nga'chuq.
She enjoys sex	nga'chuq ghaH latlh je 'e' tIv
etc.
