... There *is* a logic to using "-bogh" and imperatives together, or
there can be. You can view the sentence with an imperative prefix as
saying "act in such a manner that this sentence is true if you replace the
imperative prefix with the corresponding indicative one." Usually this
winds up as simply "Do X." But here we get something that English has a
tough time with... but why should Klingon?

The problem I see with imperative relative clauses is that in an
imperative, the focus is on the action of the verb, while in a relative
clause, the focus is on the identity of the noun. If the noun is the object
of imperative and some other verb is the relative clause, I have no problem
with it. Meanwhile, if the relative clause is the imperative, the
importance of the verb is absorbed into the function of merely identifying
the noun for some other main verb.

See?

The whole reason relative clauses exist is to identify the noun which is
used as subject or object of the main verb. We've already given up on using
relative clauses on nouns which are neither subjects or objects (the "ship
on which I fled" problem). For much the same reason, we can't reduce an
imperative to the role of a noun identifier for some other verb.

An imperative is nearly an exclamation, like {HIja'} or {ghobe'}. Its
nature is to be grammatically simple. The more complex the grammar, the
weaker the focus on the action of the command.

And Klingons don't like weak sentences. {:(>

I wonder if you can use
imperative prefixes with "-lu'". Hmmm...

I wouldn't try it in front of an armed Klingon...
