I'm not real keen on it. Is it better than a simple:

tlhIngan Hol mu'ghom vIghajbe' 'ach mu'tlheghvam vIghItlhlaHbej.

?

If you want to make a stronger link between using the
dictionary and writing, then:

pIj jIghItlhmeH tlhIngan Hol mu'ghom vIlo'nIS, 'ach 'oH
vIlo'be'taHvIS mu'tlheghvam'e' vIghItlhlaHbej!
