HolQeD 3.3 update

I've just come back from the Post Office. The September issue of HolQeD
has been turned over to the tender mercies of the United States Postal
Service. All domestic copies were sent bulk rate and so may take a week
or more to arrive, and since I'm trying something a bit new this time
around (in the hopes of speeding up delivery) I'll be watching to see how
long it takes for the issues to reach you. I'm expecting the Okrand
interview to generate some list traffice, so I'll have my answer when I
see it here.
And since today is only the 27th I consider getting the issue out before
the month stopped being September to be a win. God I hate deadlines.
