Gopher server

Our Gopher Server is now listed under the main Texas A&M Gopher. It is
being "sponsered" by a campus Science Fiction group called Cepheid Variable.
Basically I had to find a student organization to act as a sponser in order
to get the gopher moved up in the heriarchy. I am still in charge of the site.
