     Hmm. Methinks Guido considers {Dogh} and {DoghtaH} to be the same, but I
think not. The plain verb lacks any aspect, so it really refers only to a
particular instant, while the {taH} gives the sense of "is, was and ever
shall be", though even then, {taH} does not guarantee perpetuity. It just
implies a continuation that has gone and will go farther than an arbitrary
boundary of time that would exist without the suffix.

     I'm sure that was ever so clear...
