I'm willing to make one up and compare it with anyone else's.
The task becomes arbitrary after a point, because you have to
decide things like if a word in the Klingon-English side gives
a word with two English words as the definition, but on the
English-Klingon side, only one of the two English words
appears. Is this a missing entry?
