Where's the Supply closet?

Anyone know where to get ahold of armor (suvwI'pu' style)? I've heard of
places to get bet'lehmey (Sorry if the sp is screwed up, I don't have my
TKD with me), but I haven't heard about an armor supplier...(although I
have seen people wear it). Just wondering...
Oh, and my .02 about the language minority issue: Although I agree that
the letter should be changed to be more PC (yuch! I hate that term), I
don't think anyone was actually prohibited from posting in their native
language. (It would be nice if they also gave a translation, but they
wouldn't *have* to....After all, I don't translate into their language
when *I* post) Any posting w/out an English translation could therefore
be read and understood by anyone who understands that language.
(Therefore forging a common bond between those two people.) I only
think it would be fair to ask that the subject line also be in that
language (unless it's in tlhIngan Hol), since that is what English
speakers do. Comments???
Oh, and I don't know if this is handled in TKD (except for 'a') but how
is punctuation handled in tlhIngan Hol? (Commas, quotes, etc)
